We'll pick the best carrier to get your package to your door quickly and safely, typically via USPS Priority or UPS. If items are out of stock, we will email or call you as soon as possible to work with you on backorder or other options to meet your needs. Please make sure to enable our email address norbysdl@tekstar.com in your spam blocker to ensure we can update you on your order. (We do use or sell your information in any way, only to communicate on an open order or question.) Our standard shipping fee structure is based on the total dollar amount of your purchase. Some additional charges may apply as determined by the carrier. For example: * some zip codes have a surcharge for UPS delivery which is not included in the above charges and may be added, as applicable when order is shipped. * We cannot expedite shipments or send oversize shipments to PO boxes, military addresses (APO, FPO, etc) or addresses outside the 48 contiguous states (AK, HI and US Territories). They are shipped USPS Mail with no option to expedite and no guarantee of delivery time. We charge $2 more than the standard ground rate for shipments to AK, HI and US Territories. * Some oversize or heavy items may have additional shipping charges and cannot be shipped via expedited shipping (3 Day, 2 Day Air). In this event, we will contact you if actual shipping charges are more than those estimated on your order. * In-store pick up is only an option for local customers only who are picking up orders from our store in Detroit Lakes, MN. These orders will not be shipped out, but held for pick-up at our store. ** Shipping to Canada is only an estimate. We only ship via USPS and if actual shipping charges are more than estimated, we will charge the actual postage. Expedited shipping is not an option when shipping to Canada. Canadian customers must call our regular phone line 218-847-5665 to place orders by phone. We cannot guarantee orders can be processed, it depends on whether our credit card system can properly verify their credit card information.
